The Taylor Waterproof Dual Temperature Infrared/Thermocouple Thermometer measures surface temperatures without contact. It can also measure internal food temperatures with its 4" fold-out probe. Taylor developed this thermometer in there food service division and it is now available to you. The compact design allows you to carry it in your pocket or on your belt.

  • 4" fold out probe measures internal temperatures.
  • Infrared temperature range -67º to 626ºF/-55º to 330ºC with one second response time.
  • Thermocouple temperature range -67º to 572ºF/-55º to 250ºC with one second response time.
  • Accuracy +/- 1ºF/0.6ºC, resolution 0.5ºF / 0.2ºC.
  • Step down probe.
  • White light targeting illumination zone.
  • HACCP check warning light system.
  • Adjustable emissivity.
  • Infrared scan specification: distance to spot ratio=2.5 to 1; emissivity=0.1~1 step .01; wave length=8um-14um.
  • Minimum/maximum, lock, hold and auto off functions.
