This thermometer features two stainless steel probes that allow you to monitor two cooking events with different temperature goals at the same time. The flexible silicone cords are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 592 degrees Fahrenheit. Silicone accents makes for safe and easy handling, and the all silicone base grips to any surface.

This dual probe thermometer has preset temperatures for rare to well done for beef, pork, ham, poultry and lamb. The thin probe tip provides faster readings and makes smaller puncture holes. A flashing green light and audible alarm signal when the meat reaches the preset temperature.
