    Shipping Policy

    Items are shipped directly from stock and you will receive a tracking number when we ship these items.

Important Shipping Information:

  • USPS - APO/FPO orders welcome!
  • All international Orders are welcome, please contact us for a shipping quote if your country is not in the system.
  • All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.
  • DTMdirect.com does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
  • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
  • All orders shipped within CA will be charged sales tax.





    Cancelation Policy

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.


    Return Policy

Defective Products:  

    DTMdirect.com offers a 30 day (from date of shipment) replacement or refund for defective products. Prior to returning
    any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective. Items found not to be defective may be subject to a restock fee of 15%.

Non-Defective Product Returns:

    Non-defective ("Buyers Remorse") products may be returned for 30 days from shipment date but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns. Non-Defective items returned incomplete or as unsellable will not be accepted

Return Notes:

    All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RA number (Return Authorization). To accomplish this, please email
    us at customer_service@dtmdirect.com include a description of the problem you are experiencing if applicable. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 2 business days with an RA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RA number, once provided, is valid for 3 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. Once shipped, Email the tracking number(s) to us with your DTMdirect order number. We will notify you via Email of your refund or exchange once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of mis-shipment or defective merchandise. All refunds are processed immediately upon notification to you via the original payment method.

What information do we collect?


  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
  • To quickly process your transactions.

The term "outside parties" does not include DTMdirect. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.


How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.


Third party links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).


Changes to our policy

  • If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on June 17, 2010.
